1/2 cup flour
Enough oil for frying.
Salt to taste.
First the zucchini are washed and grated very well. Excess water is removed by squeezing them well on a clean towel. The liquid that comes out of the zucchini from the previous step is reserved to hydrate the flour and thus make the dough.
In a bowl, mix the flour with a few tablespoons of the zucchini water until it has a somewhat thick texture. Add more water if necessary.
To the dough we add the chopped onion, the grated zucchini and the salt, mixing all the ingredients very well.
In a pan with very hot vegetable oil, place a tablespoon of the mixture and let it fry until golden brown and crisp, after they are fried we remove the excess oil. I hope you enjoy them and enjoy yourself.
