Its a good morning from me from this part if the world to you all. I hope you all have a nice day. I've been dwelling in the issue of sleep for sometime now on my blog. Don't mind, I had to do that because I care about you all after getting to know how important it is for us to get enough sleep.
Yesterday, I talked about the number of hours of sleep per day that is required by medical practitioners for us to sleep so we can function and be very active in our day to day activities. Incase you've forgotten, the specified time of sleep happens to be between 7 to 8 hours of sleep per day.
Today, I will be discussing something a little bit different about sleep. No doubt, we now know the recommended hours of sleep per day, but the question now is what time of the day is the best time to get your 7 to 8 hours of sleep?
I'm sure most of us don't even care to find out or know about things like that. Our sleep time is determined by our work time. Well, I don't think it's a bad one since we can't just stay out of work just because we want to get some sleep. It's important to make those money too.
However, I will still go on to let you know what time of the day is the best time to get your sleep. So let's get on to it without wasting much of your time.
According to a research made by the National Sleep Foundation, they made a suggestion saying that the best time of the day to get your sleep should be somewhere between 8p.m and midnight. Thus, this means the exact time you choose to sleep between that time depends on the time you want to wake up.
What do I mean by this? This is a simple arithmetic. What I mean is if you want to wake up by 5 a.m, and you know the recommended time of sleep is 7 to 8 hours, then it means you will have to bed 9 p.m or by 10 p.m. I hope you get that now?
Let's endeavor to get the proper sleep at the proper time so that we can stay active and healthy.
