Week 3; Weightloss Accountability Report

Hello my people,




I am all smily today lol, I have goodnews πŸ₯³, I said I wasn't going to cheat and indeed i didn't lol, I have result 😁, I was so scared to climb the scale even though i didn't cheat lol..




I lost 2kg πŸ’ƒπŸ’ƒ, you all should be clapping for me already and I did enjoy every meal I had last week, I'll share some pictures below. I also had a few minutes exercise routine to keep the heart rate in check and muscles flexed.




It's feels good to see results, the most beautiful part is having to feel light weight, healthier, happy and younger 😁. I am close to my target atleast which is very encouraging for me, it gives me the urge to do more, stay focused and be persistent.




I procastinate a lot, but am glad I took this decision and not backing out. A quick gist for you all, don't laugh 😝, there's this jean I love to wear but the zipper won't go up because I got bigger than it, drums rolls.... πŸ₯πŸ₯πŸ₯ I wore it perfectly yesterday without struggle ahaah it was even loose, life is good when you set goals and achieve it.





I ain't stopping guys, I will finish the plan and be more cautious of what goes into my mouth/stomach henceforth, lol. Health is wealth they say.




Ps: make sure to take good quantity of water a day (50cl every 3hours) and have a good 8houra sleep, it works like magic 😁




This week is a detox week, plenty green smothies 😒 but we move 😁

As for me, I've been looking for a way to add weight...

My clothes fit better when I put on weight...

Are you doing your workouts weekly? Lol, jokes apart, yes, it sounds good when you lose weight regularly with your efforts. Yes, water is a good remedy for weight-loss as it keeps you filled up so you don't feel like eating. 

As a matter of thumb rule, I drink 3-4 lit water a day irrespective of the weather conditions. Being a fitness freak, I am very regular at my workout although I don't care much if I eat some junk once in a while. All the best with your plans.

A 10-30 minute workout routine everyday, not the rigorous ones though lol, jumping jack, squats, skips, burpees etc.

Am glad it's working, gradually I'll get there 😊

I am sure you know that if you stop or not regularly on your workout, the weight loss comes back within no time. so keep doing your workouts regularly 4-5 days a week even if for a short duration.

Along with a healthy diet; intake of water and sleep is crucial.

I wasn't desiring weight loss but I realized that I lost 2 kg in this monthπŸ˜‚credit goes to the hectic routine of the University πŸ˜…
