Visualisation is an effective way to help you create the life you crave to live but, there are a number of different ways you can use it. The most powerful tool that we have is the mind which allows us to feel, act and think. Memories are stored in our minds like precious jewels and it is also able to expand as we experience and learn new things.
Research shows that we have an average of 50,000 thoughts per day sometimes, even more and yet, we struggle to write down 50 of those internal messages which is why when we intentionally and actively invite our conscious mind to show up and do the work with us, we have the capability of making amazing things happen.
Our thoughts have purpose and our energy flows in the same direction until we get the outcome we are seeking but what is more powerful, is to invite our subconscious mind and imagination to the forefront. Visualisation is not magic rather, it's truth is firmly grounded in brain science. When we do something new, our brain creates a new pathway as our neurons transmit the data that enables us to make it happen.
As powerful as our brain is, it cannot tell the difference between what is happening in real life or what is vividly being imagined. Visualisation uses the cerebral loophole to our advantage and the brain to support us living our best life in the future and giving us a head start on our goals. Visualising our future will give us the energy and motivation to keep going! A powerful way to train the mind to go after and get what it want is by using a detailed imagery!!
Research supports the many positive benefits of visualisation and it is being used by athletes to improve their performance. we all have probably experienced the power of visualization without realizing it. How many times have you worried about something so much that it actually happened? Visualisation is a window into your best future life and you can use it to look forward positively with excitement and possibility because if you can see it, you can believe it and if you can believe it you can achieve it.

I have already started visualizing the name and kind of car I will purchase and the parking space it would occupy in my compound. Every morning, I visualize reversing and driving my car out of my compound and God willing, it will come to fruition.
