WORKOUT PHYSICALLY,STRONGER MENTALLY
Those endorphins that you get from exercise makes you happier and heathly.
My fitness routine is disturbed due to some personal issues but i always try to be fit at any cost because due to usage of some medicines in previous two years i get weight but i try to lose it because diseases started from this obesity.
Medical study is not so easy as we suppose it, so being a medical student,it is not easy to give time to myself but our main priority should be our health and i take part in all cocurricular activities in my college.I'm the "EXECUTIVE MEMBER OF SPORT SOCIETY" in my University so you get an idea how much active i'm in sports.And some of my fellows used to call me "SPORT LADY"hehe.
It's very difficult for me to get up early in the morning in hostel because I study at late night so at morning I walk only 1000 steps because our college is at a some distance and at noon we have to go to wards,HOSPITAL is at large distance from college so I walk about 2500 steps almost.
At evening,I exercise on TREADMIL for 20 minutes which is available in my hostel ThankGOD and running on it help to burn some calories.
And i love to use BIKE EXERCISE hehe and this stationary bike help to fit the lower body and legs and i love this so much because i love cycling hehe this is strange but i likr cycling from my childhood.
I want to discuss about my sports activities.I'm the CAPTAIN of CRICKET team(For Girlz hehe)and I'm also BEDMINTON CHAMPION and last time i won a medal.Before lockdown and all these crisis..We with my fellows played cricket and bedminton at 8pm to 10pm daily because at day time we are busy in wards and studies and also play TABLE TENNIS.This is my hostel fittness routine.
While in home these things are not available but at evening me and my mom went to nearby Park for walk but now a days I just walking and running on stairs and ground due LOCKDOWN and sometimes do some yoga steps but at night I play cricket and badminton and table tennis with my siblings.
This is my fittness routine only exercise can't help you to burn calories and protect you from disease but you have to take low fat and low protein in food..
You all need to find right fitness routine for you i swear you'll really enjoy it...
