Happy to see you all over here as me and Shmily Gul have started a fitness gala if you don't know that then read my post CLICK ON THE PICTURE BELOW
I Am going to share few simple exercises with you all these will surely benefit you...
STEP 1
WARM-UP...Just warm up your body because maybe after a long time you are going to perform exercise let your body muscles heat up...this will helps you prepare your body for aerobic activity. This will help you reduce muscle stiffness and lessen your risk of being injured. Do this for at least 2 mins...
STEP 2
Squats pose is one of the easiest and simplest poses just you have to go down just you do for sitting on the chair but in exercise, it would be imaginary chair pose this pose will crush your calories if you are new 30 squats for female and 50 for male are enough...
STEP 3
Jumping Pose... In the jumping pose as shown in the gif you have to take slight jumps according to your body weight ...this pose will help you in increasing your strength of muscles and tone up muscles too and builds both upper-lower body and upper body...Do at least 30 for females 50 for males...
STEP 4
Touch the floor ... yeah this pose is also easiest just stand on one leg another leg in the air and touch the plank...yeah as you are new that would be difficult for you.... just place your other hand with the wall to have support...
STEP 5
Side twist pose... In this pose, you have to twist your sides with jumping it will help your glutes to strengthen and help you to burn extra calories of your body...

Very helpful tips dropped ,the last from gul was about flat tummy,quite helpful.
You just shared an awesome one too, warm up before any work bout is necessary to activate the body slowly before real work begin
I do squat and most shared, they are light and easy to do at convenience
