It is generally believed that for physical health, if a person runs two or three kilometer a day or did push ups daily then his physical health stays adequate and paying attention to physical health can contribute to healthy life . But the fact is that for a person in his routine work, exercise is not done and vital fitness routine is skipped.

If you run for a long distance daily, your blood circulation turns adequate. it helps muscles to perform adequate metabolic activity. When you are doing your job, cleaning your house or playing outdoor games with your children or siblings, all these things count in your physical workout.

Because you are engaging your body in physical work, you will stay active mentally too as well as a proportion between mental  and physical health is maintained. We people should get in the habit of doing such work on a daily basis. But it has become very rare in our life that we do not perform our own chores and have started to depend on others due to which we do not do perform physical work. That is why we are observing here that there are a lot of premature diseases that people get physically and they face disability from walking.

Do physical activity on a regular basis in stride and try to task yourself. Doing daily chores will also enable you to improve your body performance as the circulation of blood is enhanced a lot. This is the first sign for a healthy body. And fitness depends on your physical health also.

Exercise is very profitable to the human body. Your bines and nerves are strengthened, toxins are urnwd down and fitness is recorded as much as possible.

You have just hit the nail with the hammer. Alot of persons are becoming lazy to work these days. That's why some people start suffering from bone problems in their 50s. I was ment to understand that even the way we walk matters alot. When you walk make sure you do it properly to avoid  problems later in life. 

Our health matters alot. We should try to exercise our body always, doing home chores is important,  it helps to keep the body fit.

Engaging oneself in physical fitness exercise is of great benefits as it helps in keeping the body systems active and functioning effectively but the problems with most of us is that we get carried away with livelihood.
