Jaltrang is a famous musical instrument. Jaltrang means water instrument. The method is that twenty sugar bowls are placed in a semicircle. Different amounts of water are poured into the bowls. The musician sits in the middle of the semicircle and strikes the cups with two knives. By increasing or decreasing the amount of water in the cups, the required nodes are extracted. It is said that this instrument was invented by Amir Khosrow. It's voice is delicate and pleasing and creates the impression of open air. I was very surprised to hear about it that how man invented the nodes with the waves of water. π π΅
