So today's lunch prepared by me. It was finger licking yummy😁😁. I don't like to eat meat but i love to prepare food out of it and i am now a pro chef😉😉. It is a dish that belongs and has originated from south Pakistan but circulates through whole of the country for its deliciousness. I made this through the method jotted below:
1. Boneless beef cut into large pieces cleaned. 1kg
2. Yogurt 1 cup.
3. Mixed spices ground 2 tablespoon.
4. Salt to taste.
5. Bread flour 1 cup.
6. Onions 1 kg sliced.
7. Two tomatoes.
8. Lemon cut into quarters.
9. Red chilli powder as per taste.
10. Ginger and garlic paste 1 tablespoon.
11. Turmeric powder half tablespoon.
12. Cooking oil 1 cup
How to prepare it:
Take a pan add oil and onions and fry till golden brown then add sliced tomatoes and make gravy by putting half cup water. Add ginger garlic paste now, add all of the rest spices and beef meat. Add half liter water and let it become soft on medium flame for atleast 1-2 hours by covering the lid.
Check the meat on how much you want it tender to be. Lower the flame then if you want to cook it more for tenderness. If its cooked, add on with the flour mixed with water in it properly. Continue the stirring and cook it more for 15 minutes when you have homogenized the soup and flour.
Take a frying pan heat half cup oil and fry one onion till golden brown. Slice green chilli, lemon and ginger. Garnish and violah yummy nihari is ready to be served with homemade bread or kulchas.😍
