There are times you get tired of somethings. You feel week and just loose the vibes to continue. And most times these arises from giving that thing a lot of time and effort and throwing a lot of sticks from your end.
It's normal human nature to get tired and to feel weak from what they spend their time in, and that's why some or should I say most people experience what's called writer's block. The brain has gone through a lot and is asking for a rest.(will talk more on this in a post to come.)
And it's these times that we feed what the body wants and make sure it's happy after asking for something like the rest. Knowing it's going to make you come back with your full strength.
Now, Have you ever thought of taking a day off from uptrennd?
It's sounding hard isn't it? 😂. Well, it was forced on everyone not too long ago when we had to wait for the update and then it took almost 24 hours. And since it came with so much surprise people were complaining and were missing the platform a lot.
Would you notice that after the maintenance you gave more time to uptrennd? That's the kind of spirit that follows taking breaks.
Once you have the mind that you're taking the break to make yourself better and to give time to relax and see things from a different perspective. Then you'll surely come back stronger than you were even expecting to.
I'm not saying you take breaks all the time 😂. But there are some times it's needed for you to be strong and to make yourself better and more active. Since you'll be pumped after knowing you have rested in due time.
I did this yesterday and I tell you I'm more energetic for uptrennd than you can imagine now.
