The attribute of giving is to Allah,
When you start giving, you become attached to the Most Gracious,
Then you never get upset or depressed.
The more you become a giver, the more happiness will begin to come into your life.
You decide to give something to someone every day, every week, every month.

Syed Inayat shah 16 Febif we want ot keep ourselve healthy. We should do excercise in daily routine and eat some healthy foods like vegitable and fruits becuase these foods are rich in minerals and vitamis etc.
