Hauntingly Beautiful Landscapes: A Great Place to Think
This image was taken as I was on a 9k run through the Badlands. I came upon this scene, and despite the fact that I know it was recently made, it gave me pause.
I love landscape and stone that impart an innate sense of...age. The time it has seen and left behind, the ages of civilization that have risen and fallen while it remains virtually unchanged.
I love being in places like this where I feel young, so young.
