The way God design man and his destiny failure was not in the equation, God never made man failure, saying this doesn't mean if you refuse to follow the design and patterns lay down you won't fail, sure you will fail if you don't follow the patterns and the principles that will bring success your way.
It is not a good thing to fail but many times man learn from his mistakes and when he corrects what he or she have been doing wrong success is sure, about 90% of our results in life come from the personal decision we make on a daily basis, your Dad is responsible for bringing you up to a certain level ie to the age of accountability but your success is truly determine by you not them and whether you succeed or not the blame is not on them at all, take responsibility for your life today.
The success formula is not a hidden one even the Bible teaches many principles of success in the kingdom.
read Joshua 1:8
"This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have success."

Here God is telling the believers that the one of the spiritual formula for success is to meditate on his words and never let it depart from thy heart and mouth and act on the word and keep all the instructions he gives and spells out in his words, and anyone at all that keeps this formula without substrating and adding to it must always succeed, so it all depends on the individual.
The mindset that says my dad is the cause of my failures or success is a deep lack of knowledge and ignorant in display, and don't be confuse success is not one fold, from God standpoint success is all-round including your health, families, relationships, associations, finance, knowledge and wisdom etc
Take responsibility today and stop blaming others for your present predicaments., you are responsible.

It's true that until we take responsibility for what we have done, we will not learn to overcome our fears and problems.
Blaming others makes us very weak and we just forget to accept the reality. That sometimes leads to lots of problems......
