Do you use food as a crutch?
I mean - emotionally, when you are feeling down, do you find something to "pick you up"? A little snack?
When you're watching a movie, do you automatically grab for that popcorn or chips or candy?
What about when you're emotional? Does a pint of chocolate ice cream help to drown your sorrows?
You might not know that you use food as an emotional support - but here is one way that you can know.

When you take it away, and then you have a difficult day? and you go to reach for that snack and you CAN'T. hehehe..
then....you might use food as a crutch! LOL
and it is VERY challenging to face those things without those crutches. but you CAN do it. And.... sometimes these situations (like extended fasts) are a good way to actually INTENTIONALLY push yourself to a limit.
Today was hard.
Really hard.
Sometimes, it's just one of those days where you get hit on all sides. And you gotta step up to bat and swing.
So that's all my thoughts are on this day.
I stepped up to bat, swung, and... i'm still waiting on bringing the other three home with a grand slam. hehehe
Tomorrow will be better - but guess what?
Day 10 is done, man.

Ishmael Kelechi 1dAm a rare breed. Everything goes in as much as my hunger is quenched. Food, snacks, drinks and any sort you can think of.
Fasting isn't as easy a task. It isn't meant for lazy and people who easily compromise. You must be tough and be a go-getter to engage in a fast, else you'd just vive up the in the middle.
This maybe very hideous but in the end you will have your blessings to count if you persevere.

Raifu afeez trialafeez 1dI can eat as many times as I want a day but it depends on how I stress my self for the day, but with snacks, haha oh my God 😂 I can eat as many as I want without hesitation but when I look into my locket and see that I have spent enough on snacks that is when I stopped hehe. But that is only a while in months for snacks.
