Who won the election in the USA.

Something very important is happening in the United States of America, the REAL CLEAR POLITICS page changed the map of the results of the recent elections in that country, in addition, the US Attorney General, William Barr, authorized the prosecutors on Monday federal authorities to investigate "substantial allegations of irregularities in voting and vote tabulation". Some presidents of countries such as Russia and Mexico and Brazil have declared that they would await the result of the legal proceedings before congratulating the winner of the electoral contest, while many other presidents have rushed to congratulate Joe Biden on his triumph, apparently this election is just beginning since no state of the American union has declared any candidate the winner and what the media and social networks present are only unofficial projections.
