With the cryptocurrency markets going nuts in the last few weeks, I still found the time to hit them gym for a quick workout.
What is the secret to staying lean and healthy everyday? There is no secret, one just have to stay consistent over time.
No one wants to "Live" in the gym and spend hours working out all the time. By doing quick 1 hour workouts 2-3 times a week should do the trick, it's that simple.
My next workout will be on Monday so in other words, 3 days of total relaxation! I'll probably spend the whole weekend doing some research on some good crypto projects!
If I do find some, I'll be sure to let all my peeps know. :)
